Our work consists of new construction, and rehab. Projects range from one story schools to 20 story office buildings. Included within our projects portfolio are state of the art construction projects which are LEED certified for more sustainability and less energy use.

Project: University of New Haven, New Haven, CT

I would like to acknowledge the significance of the role that R&R Contractors, Inc. played in the successful completion of Sunovion (84 Waterfront Drive, Marlborough, MA). As such, we are proud to support your bid for the ABC 2010 Excellence in Construction Award.

This 143,000 sq. ft., four-story building is partially composed of composite panels, composite panel radius columns, glass canopy with stainless steel framing, interior glazing, interior pattern glass walls, stainless steel round columns, doors and entrances, exterior curtain walls and glass and roof top mechanical screens. All of these were furnished and installed by R&R Window. The project also included construction of a 180 ft. connector bridge to link the new building to our adjacent existing building. R&R Window also furnished and installed the curtain walls, glass and composite panels for this project.
Throughout the duration of this project each of R&R's employees demonstrated a level of skill, commitment to detail and pride of workmanship that certainly contributed to a successful outcome.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to R&R Window for the thorough and diligent performance on the window replacement at the Art Complex.

This project was more than just another office building to us. It was a repeat outing with an important client. We are proud to deliver a great Sales & Marketing facility to Sunovion and are thankful to R&R Window for their contribution to making this possible.

We truly appreciated R&R's teamwork and expertise on the challenging 180 ft. connector bridge. The parallelogram shape of the curtain wall system added to the difficulty of getting the components to fit, but R&R's team handled it with ease and provided us with the benefit of their extensive experience in determining the perfect sizes for all openings. R&R adapted to working off of aerial lifts, spanning the protected wetlands, without compromising the schedule. We value the working relationship we have established with R&R Windows. They have been an important team member on many of our significant projects.
