The in-depth product knowledge of R&R’s estimators allows them to advise customers of the best products and procedures for particular window, curtain wall, storefront and metal panel applications. They are well-versed in both the public and private bidding process.
Design Assist
R&R can also provide design assist services. We have successfully partnered with construction managers, architects and owners to assist in achieving an end product built to the needs and desires of the owner.
R&R assists by identifying any issues in the complexity of the design and offer solutions to help limit problems and additional costs during the construction phase. We provide pricing updates for any design change to allow the team to determine if the change meets the project goals and budget. We also are conscious of the owner’s desired construction schedule and will suggest alternative products if designated products don’t meet the desired schedule.
