"I’ve been with the company for a long time and have built up a good relationship with the people I work with and for."

How long have you been with the company? When did you start at R&R and in what position?
I’ve been with the company for 20 years on 2/18/2022. I started in 2002 in a laborer position.

What’s your current position?
My current position is a foreman.

What brought you to R&R Window?
My brother-in-law Tim worked at R&R and encouraged me to work there. After talking with him and interviewing, I realized what a good company it was to work for.

What keeps you at R&R Window?
I’ve been with the company for a long time and have built up a good relationship with the people I work with and for. It’s a good company to work for with good benefits and opportunities.

What made you decide a career in the trades was for you?
I always enjoyed working with my hands and seeing the fruits of my labor. I’ve come from a blue collar worker family and have experience in welding. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. My wife says I’m a Jack of all trades, master of ALL.

What do you like best about your job?
What I like best about my job is that I’m not always doing the same thing and always in a different location.

When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was younger, I wanted to be a barber like my soccer coach, who also owned his own barber shop.

What of your accomplishments are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of my relationship with my wife, my high school sweetheart–together 32 years, married 27 years in October. I’m also proud of our two adult children (Caitlin 25, Bailey 22). Bailey is working at R&R Windows now and will be joining the apprenticeship. I love that I’m able to share my experience and pass down the joy I have working for this company with him.
