What’s your current position?
Senior Project Manager.

Have you held other positions?
I’ve worked as a Drafting Manager, then Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and, now, Senior Project Manager.

What brought you to R&R Window?
I always thought I’d take over my father’s business, but it went out in the 1980s. I loved the industry, I went to school for drafting. I wanted to be in the office and work my way up.

What keeps you at R&R Window?
I’ve always felt like a family member – a second son of the owner; we’re not related, but it always felt like it.

What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job?
I think my best skills are multitasking, reading the room, and communicating with different people.

How would your coworkers describe you?
As someone that is hardworking, a team player and someone who lightens the mood.

What’s a typical day like for you?
I usually have a lot of things moving. Typically there are 4-7 jobs at one time plus additional projects in planning phases. I’m also in constant communication with people in the field and General Contractors.

How do you hope to be remembered?
I hope I’m remembered as a good dad and husband, a team player ready to help, and a hard worker.
